My journey began on the warehouse floor, where I learned the intricacies of freight from the ground up. I am currently an Operations Supervisor at Lowe's IDC, a role that has given me invaluable, hands-on experience in managing large-scale, complex logistics and transportation networks.

My professional background has taught me how to navigate challenges, optimize workflows, and, most importantly, build strong, trust-based relationships. I'm not just a dispatcher—I'm a logistics professional who understands the entire supply chain, from the moment a product is received to the moment it's delivered.

To further enhance my expertise, I am currently pursuing a college degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics Management.
